Safety First

bradshaw construction

Bradshaw Construction Corporation’s number one core value is the safety of its employees. Therefore, it is our primary goal to provide a safe and healthy working environment.  To achieve this goal we have put in place a comprehensive system for managing the safety, health, and welfare of our employees throughout all areas of our operations.  This enables us to meet our statutory obligations to our employees, contractors, and the general public while making safety first at Bradshaw

We are committed to safety . . . .

To fulfill our commitment to safety, Bradshaw Construction Corporation hired a full-time Safety Director with more than 30 years of experience as a safety professional.   His primary responsibility is to regularly audit Bradshaw jobsites to ensure compliance with systems and procedures.  Audit results are reviewed and immediate corrective action taken if and when required.  Regular reviews are then undertaken at the senior management level, with performance measures implemented to achieve continuous improvement.

Engaging our employees through training to recognize and prevent safety hazards . . .

Every Bradshaw employee is responsible for a safe working environment.  Each employee is encouraged to demonstrate leadership ability by setting a good "SAFE" example.  Not only is every employee expected to conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times, but they are also expected to prevent obvious unsafe acts on the part of those they work with.  Bradshaw recognizes that it is counter-productive if any employee is working in an unsafe manner.  The most efficient jobs are always the safest.  To assist our employees in recognizing and preventing workplace safety and health hazards we have provided the following training:
