	SUMMARY: The project for the College of William and Mary involved the construction of twin 600' by 60" diameter runs. 48" ID RCP was jacked behind a 60" diameter Akkerman TBM. Ground conditions encountered on the job included clay with some wet sand layers. The tunnels were used for steam and chilled water lines. Complete Project Profile

	SUMMARY: Bradshaw Construction installed 147' of 72" reinforced concrete pipe for a storm water system needing improvements. This was accomplished by direct jacking under a CSX Transportation Railroad at a depth of 10' below the existing grade. 	SUMMARY: Bradshaw Construction Corporation successfully installed 220' of 84" RCP to act as a steam tunnel for the Appalachian State University. This was achieved by utilizing a 101.5" Lovat TBM capable of mining through hard rock conditions. The pipe was jacked directly behind the TBM. Soil conditions consisted of hard biotite gneiss rock. 	SUMMARY: When Tropical Storm Ernesto hit the city of Richmond, VA, on August 31st, 2006, it caused the roof of an existing combined storm sewer to collapse, severely restricting the flow and flooding Battery Park with raw sewage. This emergency project was constructed by Bradshaw to bypass the damaged sewer. It consisted of a 3,400' main truck line tunnel excavated using a 144" diameter excavator shield...
